The first time I saw this 1933 classic, I could easily imagine the tension and fear in the room. This image never appears on screen, but instead is spliced together and added to in order to create what it must have looked like if you were there, watching in horror.
This short was banned throughout the US, UK & Nazi Germany when initially released.
